These products installed as complete or partial solutions at our customers, provide them with autonomy and a very low payroll production cost in comparison to external services.

Moreover, with the help of these solutions, a company can manage time by project and/or activity. This management is simultaneously carried out with the payroll time management. The data collected can easily be fed into an external cost price evaluation application.

Titan payroll solution is very much appreciated by pay-masters for its simple and user-friendly interface, its ease-of-use as well as the several functionalities integrated in the application.  Titan was first deployed in 2000. Since then, several companies working in various sectors such as services, manufacturing and construction have acquired the payroll solution.

The time and attendance solution Atlas ensures attendance control and the tracking of absenteeism via mural data collection stations. The identification methods are varied: barcode card, proximity card, biometrics, PIN, etc.  The system’s flexibility allows the application of the company’s specific remuneration rules with regards to employees’ arrivals and exits, break time calculation, meal break treatment etc. The calculation of the gross payroll is automated with regards to overtime, premiums, statutory holidays etc., but the supervisor always has the possibility of making adjustments, if necessary.

Pandora’s timesheet solution was deployed in a major public organisation for the first time in 2008. Since then, the product has constantly evolved in order to offer a unique solution to organizations wishing to improve time collection per activity. It offers an absence request management tool as well as an overtime declaration tool. Time bank management is included in the system, with the the possibility of managing flexible hours, such as is the case in many public and para-public organizations. A supervision module allows the tracking and approval of timesheets of the supervised employees, as well as the approval of time by project for the project managers in the organisation.
